Freeze!

This is a story about police officers catching thief in a cold winter night. All eyes are on the culprit, while the cops shout "Freeze! Hands in the air!"

I tried to push the scene in 3D Render as much as I can, and later did some Paintover. It was mainly to enhance the depth, mood, and color.
